It is our pleasure to announce JDO’s new leadership team as we push for further growth.
Having previously been Client Services Director, Fiona Florence now takes her place as Managing Director on our leadership team alongside co-founders Paul Drake, who is now Executive Creative Director, and Ben Oates who takes on the role of Principal and Group Creative Director. The team is completed by Finance Director Simon Dives.
Our revamped leadership team plans to focus on the digital design age, taking up our updated proposition of ‘accelerated design-led thinking’ to provide our clients access to ‘creative excellence within an agile framework’ that befits today’s digitally-disrupted world.
Since JDO’s founding in 2002, we have grown from specialists in high-end packaging design to become one of the UK’s leading brand design consultancies, working with multi-national companies such as Shell and Unilever.
Florence said: “JDO was founded on delivering smart and beautiful design that can transform brands and affect real change. We have achieved fantastic success for our clients and their brands, and with a new leadership team in place, we are now taking this up a gear, backed by a new proposition that gives brands access to a lean, efficient and design-led process – without compromising on any of our famous JDO creativity. It’s an incredibly exciting time for JDO and our clients. I’m personally excited to be part of a new leadership team that is driven by design and building for the future.”
Drake comments: “Markets and consumer attitudes are changing, and with our new team structure comes a shift in emphasis and a sharper offering that will help clients stay ahead of the curve.”
Oates adds: “The world is changing at pace, and our revamped leadership team represents a new JDO generation. We are progressive and passionate about championing a new and relevant direction for the agency.”
